The hotel is located near the T7 tram stop, which goes to Orly airport (travel time is about 30 minutes) - this is why I chose this hotel, since I had a flight from Orly the next morning.
As a transit hotel for one night - ok. For a longer stay - probably not, in Paris there are hotels closer to the center for this money.
The room smelled of bleach when I checked in, from this point of view I am not picky, but I know people who are very sensitive to strong smells.
The room was a "studio" category, with a small kitchen area, but I did not use it.
The bathroom is normal, but the room itself was, let's say, not perfectly clean. The furniture is tired, the wardrobe on one side opened "with a creak", on the other - did not open at all. The light in the room is very dim, in the evening it is impossible to read without additional lighting, for example, the eyes get tired after half an hour.
The bed is hard, the pillows are "liquid", but I slept well. Upon check-in, they took a cash deposit of 100 euros (the last time I was asked for a deposit was in the US, I think, in 2017), and they returned the money upon check-out. Breakfast is simple - omelette, sausages, yogurt, cold cuts, muesli, tea, coffee.
